My Client, Ms.Jones, is 8-months pregnant, and she is showing a LARGE baby bump. Before she was pregnant, she worked 10 years as an car-saleswoman. My client is really good at it, she won 6 awards for selling the most cars at that job.
Finally, she came to Car-Right, a company that sells cars, looking for a job of saleswoman.

Changes for the law
In school, there might be students who recieve indirect or direct discrimination from schoolmates, friends, teachers(school policies). Prevent unfair treatment at workplace is not enough, it also need to be prevents from education system, which will make people take discrimination more seriously, and help more people who suffer through this.
This discrimination law should apply to not just employees but to students.
I do not think the list should include more or less groups of people, because this law is very considerable and involve all types of people who should not be discriminate.

CAR-RIGHT IS GUILTY BECAUSE...
My client, Ms. Jones is very good at sell cars based on the six awards she won for selling the most cars, who should not be deny because of having a baby bump. This is why Mr.Foley is guilty.
By the fact Mr.foley hired a young, thin woman for saleswoman, it is clear that the
requirement for this job includes physical appearance and if the employee is pregnant.
According to the law L140-2, it is illegal to not hire someone because of the requirement
above.
According to the discussion between Mr.Foley and his assistants, Ms.Jones' s baby bump, which caused by her pregenancy, will make the customers uncomfortable, which is the main reason why she is not hired.
