1871英国通过工会法
美国产业别工会的首要目的就是争取八小时的工作日制度。八小时工作日运动遭到镇压而失败，但斗争精神得到了国际上的支持。
战后初期
工会组织的游行示威活动遍布日本，可谓是轰轰烈烈

日本战后改革推进了经济民主化
1937产联成立
